ZeenFeed Terms of Service (Limited Public Beta)

Welcome to ZeenFeed. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZeenFeed mobile application and related services (the “Service”) during its limited public beta, operated by Jacob Preiss (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By creating an account or using ZeenFeed, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. Beta Status

ZeenFeed is currently in a limited public beta. That means:

• Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed at any time without notice
• The Service may be interrupted, unstable, or unavailable from time to time
• Your account, content, and data may be reset, migrated, or deleted as part of beta testing, without liability to you
• Some features described in these Terms (including paid verification and tipping) are not currently active and remain disabled until a future release
• We may end the beta, or your access to it, at any time

We’ll do our best to give notice of major changes, but the beta is provided without guarantees of continuity, and you should not rely on ZeenFeed for permanent storage of anything you’re not prepared to lose.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use ZeenFeed. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your Account

• You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You may not share your account, impersonate another person, or create an account for anyone other than yourself.
• Usernames may only be changed once every 30 days.
• You may operate multiple linked accounts (e.g., a personal account and a separate creator/business account) as supported by the app’s account-switching feature, but each account is still subject to these Terms.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines below, or applicable law.

4. Your Content

• You own what you create. Videos, captions, comments, and other content you post (“Your Content”) remain yours.
• The license you grant us: by posting Your Content, you grant ZeenFeed a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, showing your posts to other users, including via search, hashtags, and sound pages).
• Duets: if another user duets your video, their duet is a separate, independently-posted piece of content that references yours; you retain ownership of your original post.
• You’re responsible for what you post. You represent that you have the rights to post Your Content and that it doesn’t violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or any law (including copyright and privacy rights of others).
• Removal: we may remove Your Content, without prior notice, if we determine it violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or the law.

5. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about ZeenFeed during the beta, you agree that we may use that feedback freely, without any obligation to compensate you or keep it confidential.

6. Community Guidelines

By using ZeenFeed, you agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative (especially involving minors, which we have zero tolerance for), violent, or that infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Spam, manipulate, or attempt to artificially inflate views, likes, comments, or the guaranteed-exposure (“zeen”) mechanic through bots, fake accounts, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Attempt to access another user’s account, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial solicitation not expressly permitted

Reporting and enforcement: ZeenFeed provides in-app tools to report content or accounts, and to block other users. We review reports and may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

7. Direct Messages

Direct messages from accounts you don’t already have a relationship with are routed to a separate “Requests” area and are not delivered to your primary inbox until you accept them. You’re responsible for your conduct in direct messages, subject to the same Community Guidelines above.

8. Verification Badges

ZeenFeed offers optional verification tiers:

• A limited “Beta Tester” badge, granted at our discretion to a limited number of early users
• A “Verified” badge, currently available free of charge to established creators who submit evidence of notability (such as an existing verified profile elsewhere or press coverage), subject to our manual review and approval
• We may revoke any badge at any time, including if the basis for granting it is later found to be inaccurate

A paid path to the Verified badge is planned for a future release and is not currently active.

9. Payments

ZeenFeed does not currently process real financial transactions. Features such as tipping, paid verification, and the in-app balance are visible in parts of the app but are disabled during the beta. These Terms will be updated with payment processing, refund, and fee details before any paid feature is enabled.

10. Intellectual Property

The ZeenFeed name, logo, and app design are our property or licensed to us. You may not use them without our written permission.

If you believe content on ZeenFeed infringes your copyright, contact us at contact@contentstratus.com with: (a) a description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed, (b) the location of the allegedly infringing content within the Service, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized. We will review and respond to valid notices and may remove or disable access to the reported content.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines, for beta-related reasons described in Section 1, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; some provisions of these Terms (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING DURING THE BETA PERIOD DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC LEVEL OF VIEWS, ENGAGEMENT, OR “ZEEN” GUARANTEE WILL RESULT IN ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME FOR YOU AS A CREATOR.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEENFEED AND ITS OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF DATA, CONTENT, OR ACCOUNT ACCESS DURING THE BETA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. There is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. This section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act to the extent applicable.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, including as ZeenFeed moves out of beta. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
